How do I open an account?

Click the Open Account button, complete your registration details, and sign in to access your dashboard.

How do I choose a trading package?

After logging in, go to your dashboard, open the package selection section, and choose the plan that fits your trading capital.

How do crypto deposits work?

Open the deposit confirmation page, choose the wallet address and QR code for your preferred coin and network, send your payment, then submit the transaction hash and proof for admin confirmation.

How are withdrawals handled?

Submit a withdrawal request from your dashboard with your selected coin, network, and receiving wallet address. The admin reviews and processes it manually.

How does KYC work?

You submit your personal details, ID type, ID number, and supporting documents directly from your dashboard. The admin then reviews and updates your KYC status.

How are daily earnings added?

Daily earnings are added manually by the admin team. They are not automated on this system.

Can my account be suspended or blocked?

Yes. The admin can suspend, block, reactivate, or remove accounts when required by the platform’s internal rules and review process.

Can I use the platform on mobile?

Yes. The Tradafx interface is responsive and designed for both desktop and mobile devices.
